Nelson age 57 passed away suddenly on March 4, 2021 at St. Catherine Hospital, East Chicago with his special friend at his side , Heliberto "Eddie" Medina.
He will be truly missed. Per Nelson's wishes, he will have a private cremation and his ashes scattered.
