Janusz Chudziak

Janusz Piotr Chudziak age 50 of Munster, was called to be with the lord on December 7, 2022 at Community Hospital, Munster. 

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Janusz was preceded in death by his father, Wladyslaw Chudziak, and father in law, Jan Rusnak,

He is survived by his beloved mother, Stanislawa Chudziak, and his wife of 22 years Elizabeth Chudziak. Four children include Daniel, Alicia, Dominik, and Jacob. His grandchildren -Mia and Rowan.

Janusz was a kind and generous, hardworking man who made sure everyone's needs were taken care of. Giving to others especially his family, gave meaning to his life. No one could ask for a better husband, father, or friend.

During the times he took for himself you would often find him at the river , line in the water payienly waiting. He was an outdoorsman at heart. Hunting came only second to fishing. he was a light hearted person by nature, His witty comments always came whenever needed, If you needed a laugh you could rest assured that he would put a smile on your face. 

Everyone who knoew him was better off. For this reason, His memory will live on in all of our hearts for rest of our days.

May he rest in peace in Heaven. God and the rest of us know he has earned it.
